Kabuto’s Sage Mode

After Orochimaru’s death, Kabuto travelled across the world where on one occassion he found the Dragon Earth Cave. Here he was taught senjutsu by the White Snake Sage and gained access to a Sage Mode.

Physically, the markings around his eyes would darken and then taper off into his back and he grows what appears to be four horns, two on each side of his head. Kabuto states that in this form he was no longer a snake but a dragon.

While the pros and cons of this snake version of senjutsu has yet to be fully explored, it appears to greatly enhance Kabuto’s speed and reflexes, to the point where he can dodge one of Sasuke’s Susanoo arrows which were noted to be extremely fast, something which Kakashi and Danzo couldn’t do despite their high level of speed.
