Cypher Division

The Cypher Division or Intel Cypher Division was Kirigakure’s secret intelligence squad. Hoshigaki Kisame was assigned by Fuguki Suikazan to be the squad’s bodyguard, as well as protecting the codes they were carrying. When the group was cornered by Morino Ibiki, a master interrogator, Kisame remembered that his master stressed that the codes were far more important than the lives of any member of the group, and resolved to slaughter all of his comrades, to prevent the codes from falling into the wrong hands.
